The precision spot welding machine adopts the principle of double-sided double point AC pulse welding. During operation, two electrodes apply pressure to the workpiece, causing a certain contact resistance between the two layers of metal under the pressure of the two electrodes. When the welding current flows from one electrode to the other electrode, an instant thermal fusion is formed at the two contact resistance points. The welding current instantly forms a contact resistance from the other electrode, and the welding current forms a contact resistance from the other electrode, without damaging the internal structure of the welded part.

1. The wires of precision spot welding machines should not be too thin, and the voltage drop during welding should not exceed 5% of the initial voltage, which should not exceed ± 10% of the power supply voltage.
2. When operating the welding machine, gloves, aprons, and protective goggles should be worn to avoid sparks being burned by sparks. The sliding part should be well lubricated, and metal splashes should be removed after use.
3. Precision spot welding machines should tighten the screws of each part 24 hours after use, especially paying attention to the connection screws between copper parts and electrodes. After use, the oxide scale between the electrode rod and electrode arm should be regularly removed to ensure good contact.
During the use of the welding machine, it was found that the touch sensor was not firmly engaged, indicating that the grid voltage was too low. The user should first solve the power problem and use it only after the power supply is normal. The vulnerable parts of this machine include upper and lower electrode moving contacts and stationary contacts.
